Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    end-to-end recruitment process
    – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Support in
    onboarding and induction programs
    for new hires.
  • Maintain and update
    HR databases, employee records, and reports

  • Contribute to
    employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives
    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams for
    leave management, HR compliance, and documentation
    .
  • Research and implement
    HR best practices
    to improve processes.
