Location: kharadi,pune

About Us:

We are a growing real estate firm dedicated to providing premium property solutions and building long-term client relationships. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for passionate and result-oriented Sales Executives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide guidance on real estate transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct site visits and property showings.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in real estate sales will be an advantage (Freshers with passion for sales are welcome).
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
