Join our dynamic marketing team and play a vital role in orchestrating email campaigns using Eloqua. You'll have the opportunity to provide support to our diverse teams across various locations while helping to guide and mentor our junior members.
In this role, you'll take charge of orchestrating and implementing dynamic email campaigns from inception to completion. Below are some of the key principal accountabilities associated with this position:
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and oversee engaging marketing campaigns, including email initiatives, nurturing strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Database Management: Take charge of our Eloqua contact database, ensuring meticulous data accuracy and strict adherence to data protection laws.
- Segmentation: Identify and define target audiences for campaigns, applying various criteria through the platform's robust options.
- Eloqua Program and Lead Process: Tailor and configure Eloqua programs to meet business needs, creating custom objects, fields, and workflows to enhance functionality.
- Automation Workflows: Sustain, govern, and innovate automated workflows, managing lead transitions in appropriate nurture campaigns, lead scoring, CRM synchronization, and email marketing automation.
- Integration: Partner with teams across Civica, especially our Marketing team, to seamlessly integrate Eloqua with other marketing platforms, ensuring efficient data flow and synchronization.
- Routine Maintenance: Streamline workflows, eliminate outdated assets, and guarantee smooth operation of marketing platforms for all users.
- Analysis and Reporting: Produce detailed reports and evaluate campaign performance to extract insights and recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
- Training and Documentation: Offer training and support to marketing teams on Eloqua best practices while maintaining comprehensive documentation of internal procedures.
- Compliance: Uphold compliance with data protection regulations, email marketing laws, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Detect and resolve issues, tackle challenges, and pinpoint gaps in data capture and flow to Salesforce CRM.
- Collateral Management: Supervise the development of marketing and communication materials, including visual branding and messaging, to maintain brand consistency.
- Team Oversight: Lead the team to ensure timely delivery, adherence to service level agreements, and responsive management of work requests.
What would you bring to be successful in this role?
- You should have around 4-6 years of experience in marketing technology, particularly with marketing automation and integration tools.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Eloqua Administrator or in a similar role focused on marketing automation platforms is essential.
- We're looking for someone who is proficient in Oracle Eloqua, its various modules, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM would be a nice bonus [Optional]
- A solid understanding of email marketing best practices is important.
- Experience with nurture campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, and automation workflows is highly valued.
- We appreciate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in our candidates.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a definite plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are key to success in this role.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
- Having an Eloqua certification would be a fantastic addition
- You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Experience working with dynamic emails is also required.
- Knowledge of coding in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML is expected.
