About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on
Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python)
to join our core engineering team at

. You'll lead the design and development of
cloud-native, scalable microservices
, working with
Kubernetes
,
cloud platforms (AWS/OpenStack)
, and
CI/CD pipelines
to build next-gen PaaS and IaaS solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers; drive feature ownership and technical excellence.
  • Design, develop, and scale microservices and distributed systems.
  • Work on Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in backend development (Python preferred; Go/Java also considered).
  • Strong grasp of microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Argo), and cloud (AWS/OpenStack).
  • Experience with databases (Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and authentication tools (Keycloak, Okta).
  • Solid understanding of OS, data structures, and Linux fundamentals.
  • Proven experience mentoring teams and owning deliverables end-to-end.
