Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate credit reports, verify financial data, and review loan documents.

- Perform thorough credit analysis on the 4Cs of Underwriting (Income, Assets, Liabilities, Collateral).

- Ensure loan documentation compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, and other investor guidelines.

- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries promptly.

- Accurately process loan applications.

Ideal Candidate:

Education: Any Graduation

Experience: Minimum 3 years in underwriting or related fields

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues

Knowledge: Understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA investor guidelines is a plus

Attributes: Self-motivated, meticulous, customer-focused
