Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Consultant located in Kolkata. The Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with jewellery design selection, offering guidance on gold and diamond jewellery, and performing polishing services. The Jewellery Consultant will also participate in training sessions to enhance their knowledge and skills.

QualificationsJewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills

Customer Service experience

Polishing skills

Training in jewelry-related topics

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of different types of jewelry materials and gemstones

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
