Deliver SAP Basis operational support including troubleshooting and performance tuning. Execute SAP upgrades, patching, and database maintenance activities. Collaborate with EVO support partners to assess and close operational gaps. Support Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution. Conduct system health audits and weekly operational reviews. Prepare and maintain EVO Basis Activity Reports, including capacity and housekeeping reports. Ensure adherence to SAP functional best practices during incident and problem resolution. Evaluate SAP OSS notes for operational relevance. Drive defect prevention and update operational procedures. Interface with internal teams, service desks, suppliers, and third parties. Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Process improvement and operational excellence techniques. Proven experience in SAP Basis with exposure to HANA and Unix environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with good written and verbal English proficiency. Able to work in shifts and available for out-of-hours incident management. Holds a B Tech degree; SAP Basis certification is desirable. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Experience in large global organisations and cross-functional SAP technologies. Familiar with software lifecycle processes including testing and support.
