mTouch Labs seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (7+ years) who can take complete technical ownership of projects and ensure smooth delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT Sales and cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end technical execution of multiple projects.

Collaborate with IT Sales teams to understand new client requirements, evaluate feasibility, and define the scope of development.

Provide technical direction and support to a team of up to 50 engineers (developers, testers, and other technical staff).

Ensure smooth project deliveries by coordinating with internal teams and resolving technical bottlenecks.

Review project requirements, design architecture, and oversee development best practices.

Act as the key technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Conduct regular reviews of code quality, performance, and scalability.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project teams.

Mentor and guide developers to build a strong technical culture within the organization. Ability to balance hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in front-end (React, Angular, etc.) and back-end , Python, etc.) frameworks.

Solid understanding of databases (MYSQL, MongoDB, PostgressSQL and NoSQL).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide large technical teams (up to 50 members).

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, sales, and internal teams.

Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in project leadership or technical architect roles.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to client-facing discussions and proposal evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
