We are looking for a Graphic Designer to transform ideas into captivating visual narratives, creating immersive experiences and compelling brand identities.

Experience: 1-2 Years (Relevant Experience Only)

Work Mode: WFO Only

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh

Priority: Immediate /Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable

Budget: 8,500–12,500 Monthly (Professional Tax & Insurance Deduction Exclusive)

Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Leave Policy: 8 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied

Notice Period: 4 Month (Mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted

Provisional Period: 90 Days

Responsibility:

• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Design marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Create and update brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with web developers to implement design elements effectively.
• Produce custom illustrations and animations for various marketing purposes.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for online platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, emphasizing digital and print media.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent creative thinking and ability to generate innovative design ideas.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
