Relationship Officer

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products/services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for deposits, loans, insurance, investments, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
• Assist in cross-selling and up-selling of products to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, and business development initiatives.
