Job Summary:

The IT Technician is responsible for overseeing IT operations, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and networks across the organization.

• Supervise and guide IT technicians in daily tasks and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, systems, CCTV Cameras, and networks).
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure regular system updates, backups, and data protection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licenses.
• Collaborate with management on IT planning and technology upgrades.
• Document processes and provide training to staff on IT systems.
