Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MRD Incharge to manage our Medical Records Department. The ideal candidate will oversee the accurate maintenance, storage, and retrieval of medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include supervising MRD staff, ensuring data accuracy, protecting patient confidentiality, and improving records management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain patient medical records (physical and electronic).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
• Supervise and mentor MRD staff.
• Oversee the transition to and maintenance of electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of medical records.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a incharge in medical records management.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
