Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruvallur for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within their department, drive process improvements, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of operational and strategic goals. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to support the seamless execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability in operational planning, resource allocation, and process improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor industry setting is advantageous.
