Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, and closing sales deals. They will also be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and reporting sales activities. The Sales Associate will ensure customer satisfaction and work towards achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
