Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and completing internal audits across business functions.
  • Perform risk assessments and identify key control areas for testing.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
  • Document audit findings and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Support implementation of corrective actions and follow-up audits.
  • Conduct process walkthroughs and interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in internal control framework reviews (e.g., SOX, IFC).
  • Work on special audits, investigations, and management reviews as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and risk mitigation.
