Job Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive childcare for infants, toddlers, or young children as per family requirements.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of children at all times.
  • Engage children with age-appropriate activities (reading, games, learning support).
  • Prepare simple meals/snacks and assist with feeding if required.
  • Support in basic child-related housekeeping (toys, baby clothes, feeding bottles, etc.).
  • Follow family instructions regarding routines, sleep schedules, and child care practices.
  • Maintain clear communication with parents and GetNanny staff.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in childcare preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification through GetNanny.
  • Should be reliable, responsible, and patient with children.
  • Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
  • Willingness to commit to minimum 3 months – 1 year contracts.
