Senior QC Lab – Reactive Dyes | Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Textile Dyes / Chemicals

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Expertise)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 5+ years (Reactive Dyes QC only)

Department: Quality Control – Reactive Dyes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform complete QC testing for Reactive Dyes (Powder & Liquid).
  • Operate Datacolor or similar equipment for precise shade matching.
  • Handle matching, toning, topping, and maintain shade cards/standards.
  • Conduct tests like TLC, multi-fibre, and fastness (wash, rub, light, perspiration).
  • Execute QC for Reactive Printing Dyes and related auxiliaries.
  • Prepare and maintain test reports, COAs, and retain samples.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with Production & R&D for quality improvements and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of QC Lab experience in Reactive Dyes (Textile industry only).
  • Hands-on experience with Datacolor or equivalent shade matching systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO/AATCC test methods.
  • Strong in documentation, reporting, and analytical thinking.

Should be able to work independently and take corrective decisions.
