Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur for an Industrial Engineer. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, conducting time studies, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and workflow. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute process improvements, ensure resource optimization, and maintain quality standards while managing costs effectively. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing data, and contributing to the strategic planning for production operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering practices
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Process Improvement methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively
  • Proven experience in optimizing production processes and solving operational challenges
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and software is a plus
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the textile or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
