Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Team Coordination (Home Automation) with 5+ years of experience to lead and coordinate technical teams, ensure smooth project execution, and align on-site operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technical and site teams across multiple projects
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of automation and AV projects
  • Act as a liaison between management, design, and execution teams
  • Monitor project timelines, task allocation, and team productivity
  • Support planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to company processes
  • Assist in issue resolution, follow-ups, and performance tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in team coordination, technical operations, or project support
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
