Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, maintaining customer records, and following up for conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided.
  • Explain the company's products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain and update customer database in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when needed.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in [English / Tamil
  • Good listening skills and patience in handling customers.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Qualification:
  • Any Degree / 12th Pass
