What are we looking for you to do?

l Incident management - ticketing, troubleshooting, and/or ticket assignment to other teams

l Maintain communication with operations manager, staff members, and vendors to ensure adherence to protocols across key touch points

l Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities

l Escalation management – identify and escalate incidents and service requests

l Communication – Incident status, Incident updates, Major incident communications

l Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations

l Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary

l Problem Management – creation of problem tickets for assignment to departments to resolve.

l Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and manage periodically to keep updated

l Service request management for:

l a. Application access

l b. GDPR Requests

l c. Code Generation Requests

l d. General Operational Requests

l Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and Client

l Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures

l Required skills and qualifications

l Proven organizational skills, including time management

l Incident / Issue handling preferably for Loyalty and reward management

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

l Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision

l Strong verbal and written communication skills

l Preferred skills and qualifications

l Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

l Two or more years of experience in an operational or similar role

l Having Loyalty and reward management is a big plus

l Experience with agile or Scrum principles.

l Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

l Knowledge of Mobile applications

l Knowledge of security and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
