Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with strong experience

in both 2D and 3D animation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a

passion for storytelling through visuals, the ability to create dynamic animated content, and

the technical skills to bring concepts to life across digital platforms.

You will play a key role in creating engaging content for our brand, marketing campaigns,

explainer videos, product demos, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, product explainers,

digital ads, social media content, and corporate presentations.

 Create 2D and 3D animated elements, characters, and environments as needed.

 Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and UI/UX teams to develop

visual storytelling ideas.

 Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation mockups.

 Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality design standards across all

outputs.

 Manage multiple animation projects with tight timelines.

 Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and

animation.

Requirements

 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation.

 Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,

and Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D animation software.

 Solid understanding of animation principles, storytelling, visual effects, and

composition.

 Experience with 2D character rigging, kinetic typography, and infographic animation.

 Hands-on experience in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering is a strong

plus.

 Basic video editing and sound syncing capabilities.

 Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and a creative mindset.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

 Knowledge of UI animations for websites or apps.

 Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design prototyping tools.

 Experience creating animated content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and

WhatsApp marketing.
