Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality & Safety Manager to uphold TRU Realtys uncompromising standards across our residential projects in Mumbai. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of construction quality, safety compliance, and precision in project execution — ensuring every TRU home is delivered with excellence and trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement project-specific quality and safety protocols to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Conduct inspections across all construction stages — from excavation and structure to finishing and handover.
  • Review and control workmanship quality, material integrity, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Lead safety audits, incident reviews, and risk mitigation planning across project sites.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Heads, Contractors, and Site Teams to achieve defect-free delivery.
  • Supervise snag-listing and ensure timely resolution prior to handover.
  • Maintain all quality and safety documentation, certifications, and compliance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and instill a zero-tolerance culture for quality lapses.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in quality and safety management within real estate or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record of completing at least 3 project life cycles from excavation to handover.
  • Direct experience in snag-listing and customer handover processes will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO, QMS/EMS, and statutory safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
