We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Financial Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding patients and their families through financial planning related to healthcare services, ensuring clarity on cost estimates, payment options, insurance coverage, and billing procedures.

Role & responsibilities

  • Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment cost estimates, packages, and billing processes.
  • Coordinate with TPA/Insurance/Corporate teams for cashless approvals and patient billing.
  • Provide financial guidance to patients for advance payments, settlements, and refunds.
  • Ensure timely communication of financial policies and procedures to patients/families.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in patient counselling, financial services, billing, or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
