Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader managing Last Mile Operations for Amazon Client in Hyderabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensure operational efficiency, manage a team, monitor logistics, and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities include coordinating with Amazon, managing driver schedules, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing performance data, and implementing process improvements.

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation operations
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience with last-mile delivery operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
