Sleep Technician

Location : Noida

Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end sleep solutions services for both hospital and homecare setups. This includes coordinating sleep studies, handling patient queries, managing technicians and equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with doctors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage hospital-based and home-based sleep studies.
• Educate and guide patients about sleep study procedures.
• Work closely with technicians and doctors for reports and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely scheduling, equipment readiness, and service quality.
• Maintain records, track performance, and support service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and homecare teams for seamless delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Healthcare or related field.
• Experience in diagnostics/sleep services/respiratory care preferred.
• Strong communication & patient-handling skills.
• Good coordination and operational management abilities.
