You'll create high-quality content (videos, reels, carousels) and oversee Upila's social strategy—no prior experience needed, just a passion for learning, a camera-friendly vibe, and the drive to make an impact. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute original content ideas for Upila's social media, website, and campaigns. Create engaging video content (you'll often be the face and voice of the brand).
Film, edit, and produce short-form content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts). Manage Upila's social media channels: schedule posts, respond to comments, and grow our community. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with trends and strategy.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report insights. Stay on top of trends, tools, and platform algorithms—then turn them into actionable ideas. Pitch creative concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions.
Occasionally host live sessions, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive posts. Requirements:Freshers welcome Show us a portfolio of content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube) OR a hunger to learn social media management.
Comfortable on camera—whether presenting, acting, or voicing ideas. Basic skills with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Don't worry—we'll help you level up
