Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Proven experience in incident detection, analysis, and response.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and ISO 27035.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC)
  • Paloalto XSIAM Certified, Splunk Certified, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent SIEM certification
