Role Overview:

NextLink is looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF) to join our team for a leading project with TCS. The role will involve designing and implementing Azure cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and mentoring operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure-as-code using Azure services and deployment technologies.
  • Develop and maintain Azure solutions using Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure DevOps.
  • Act as the escalation point for Level 3 Azure-related technical issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather business requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Provide documentation for design, development, and deployment processes.
  • Mentor support teams and assist with security testing and hardening.
  • Ensure best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud architecture.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience as a Data Engineer in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and PySpark.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, ARM templates, and Azure DevOps.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure automation and public cloud environments.
  • Experience with security testing and system hardening.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure (preferred).
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.
