Roles & responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing conceptual designs and presentations in line with company standards.
- Prepare preliminary architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual aids for project development and presentations.
- Support the Production team in the preparation of construction documentation under the guidance of senior architects.
- Collaborate with senior team members, consultants, and engineers to understand project requirements and coordination processes.
- Accompany senior architects on site visits to learn about construction processes and gain practical experience.
- Explore and learn new design tools, presentation techniques, and workflows, including AR, VR, & AI-based solutions, with guidance from Head of Department.
- Conduct relevant research on zoning regulations, building codes, and new materials under supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 1-4 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience in preparing construction drawings.
- Preferred proficiency in 3D rendering tools such as Lumion, 3Ds Max, or equivalent.
