Role Description
Empathy AI is developing a AI powered Climate Risk and ESG framework. We are aiming this framework to provide end to end Customer insights,reporting, recommendations with ESG expert led advanced support. With power of this we can onboard MSME in India to be climate and governance risk, compliance, manage ESG needs at lower cost while also serving top tier clients. Let's make world more sustainable using data and intelligence.
This is a Founding ESG Director/Co-Founder role. The role involves leading communication efforts, generating leads, building customer liason, maintaining customer relation, engaging in sales and marketing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the company's ESG initiatives. You need to be self driven to get clients and also lay the foundation of ESG framework.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies
Proficient in conducting thorough Research
Ability to generate leads and maintain client relation
Familiarity with ESG frameworks
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in ESG-related fields or sustainability is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field or sales.
