Job Description:

  • Manage the application and compliance processes for FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licenses across multiple business entities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end regulatory licensing procedures, including documentation preparation, application submission, and follow-ups with authorities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive applications with all required documentation and operational details.
  • Collaborate with legal, operational, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely license processing.
  • Monitor and track application statuses, compliance requirements, and report progress regularly.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies or issues with regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in FSSAI, CLRA, and Shop & Establishment licensing requirements.
  • Implement effective compliance measures to manage risk and ensure licenses are renewed and maintained as per statutory norms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in regulatory licensing & compliance (FSSAI, CLRA, Shop & Establishment).
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations and local laws.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online licensing portals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
