Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Week Offs: Fixed - Saturday & Sunday

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Team Leads to manage high-performing inside sales teams in Google AdWords (PPC) B2B sales. This role focuses on team mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and driving performance in a dynamic digital marketing environment.

Must-Have Experience:

7+ years of overall experience in sales/digital marketing

Minimum 2 years on-paper experience as a Team Lead in Google Ads Sales (Mandatory)

Strong foundation in B2B consultative selling, corporate sales training, and PPC

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce

Experience in international cold calling, lead generation, and closures.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Proven team management experience, including new hire onboarding

Expertise in attrition & shrinkage control

Skilled in TNI (Training Needs Identification) and sales training design

Strong stakeholder engagement and performance coaching

Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving & decision-making skills.

Training & Leadership Competencies:

Exposure to corporate L&D or sales enablement programs

Familiarity with e-learning tools and modern teaching methodologies

Experience in delivering training on:

Consultative Selling

Objection Handling

Product Knowledge

Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint

Experience in public speaking or sales coaching is a plus.
