Position:
Senior Façade Designer

Role Objective
Lead and direct the façade design team in delivering innovative, high-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and timely delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive façade design concepts and oversee complete project design processes.
  • Review, approve, and ensure compliance of all drawings with codes and standards.
  • Lead and mentor designers/engineers; coordinate with execution teams and clients.
  • Oversee quality control, performance testing, and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated with latest façade technologies and integrate best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in façade design with proven leadership in large projects.
  • Skills: Expert in CAD & façade design tools, strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and codes.

Reporting To:
Design Manager / Head of Façade Design.
