BSS operation & Maintenance of zone



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities



·       Responsible for Managing Operations & maintenance of RAN & MW of zone

·       Responsible to drive Network Operation KPIs of zones.

·       Responsible for network uptime as per defined SLA for zone.

·       Coordination with IP Partners for Infra uptime and signoff.

·       Coordination with cross functional teams Projects –rollout and swap, Quality-customer KPIs, Transport and fiber, Sales teams-complains etc. in various KPIs linked with operation.

·       Coordination with SNOC team for the KPIs related to zone.

·       Managing zonal resources and accountable for their performance and productivity.

·       Responsible for adherence of central guidelines and HSW norms within zones.

·       Represent zones as Technology-SPOC



Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience



·       Good communication, coordination, analytical, innovative, managerial and influencing skills

·       Good Knowledge of Equipment pertaining to BSC, RNC, all Radio technologies 2G,3G,4G,MIMO,small cells, E//- Huawei-NEC MW, Fibcom, Transport Nodes & Egg routers,

·
