Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Developer, located in Bengaluru. Key tasks include integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with front-end developers and designers to develop dynamic user experiences. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications and implementing best practices in coding and testing.

Qualifications

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Ruby on Rails (5.0 and above).

Utilize common libraries such as Resque and RSpec for application development and testing.

Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions following MVC, ORM, and RESTful principles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to maintain high code quality.

Work with databases, ensuring well-structured schemas that align with business processes.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
