
Human Resources Executive

Job purpose
The HR Executive is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll and statutory processing, attendance and compliance management, e-commerce reconciliation, and intra-company documentation tasks. This role bridges HR operations and finance coordination with an emphasis on precision, accountability, and system-driven reporting.
Roles and responsibilities

. Support end-to-end recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and issuing offer letters.

. Coordinate and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Maintain and regularly update the HRIS/database with employee records, documentation, and personal information in compliance with company policy.

. Monitor and analyze employee attendance and leave records, generate monthly reports, and flag anomalies to reporting managers.

. Assist in timely processing of payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, LOP, and variable components, coordinating with Finance.

Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, gratuity, and bonus, in liaison with the statutory consultant.

. Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, birthday celebrations, and festive events to promote a positive culture.

. Administer appraisal documentation and coordinate the performance management system (PMS) in line with the 9-Box Tool framework.

. Support the creation, dissemination, and compliance tracking of HR policies and SOPs.

. Prepare HR reports and analytics for the COO/HR Head for audits, reviews, and board reporting.

. Manage internal grievance redressal and ensure resolution timelines and documentation are adhered to
Qualifications
1
. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, or Business Administration
2
. Certification in payroll management or HRMS (preferred)
3
. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or administrative finance support
4
. Experience using ERP systems like TCS iON, or equivalent preferred
Skills
1.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
2.
Basic understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC)
3
. Good organizational and coordination skills
4
. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP platforms.
