Graphic Designer III

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

Estimated start date: ASAP

Duration: 18 months from start date

Daily schedule and OT estimate: 9am to 5pm

Job Description :


• Independently develop & design materials for communication, that may include web pages, PowerPoint presentations, digital & physical signage, newsletters, emails, creatives aligned to brand guidelines.


• Collaborate with internal teams to execute for a wide range of communication materials to meet deadlines.


• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards, express ideas accurately.


• Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout with minimal supervision


• Examine existing processes, measure impact, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities.


• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video


• Edit videos to use as a communication medium - preferred

Collect information periodically, work with stakeholders to get timely inputs

Candidate Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline


• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills


• 6+ years experience in a corporate with design software, specifically all applications within Adobe creative Cloud and outlook, along with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint.


• Experience in video editing software preferred


• Excellent oral and verbal communication (English)


• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high pressure environment


• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Top must-have hard skills:

1 Excellent proven knowledge of editing & content creation tools - within Adobe creative cloud and outlook – 2yrs minimum work exp

2 Impeccable PowerPoint skills – 4yrs minimum work exp

3 Excellent Oral, written English communication with designing skills

  1. 5-7yrs work experience in a corporate as a graphic designer

  2. Able to work on PPTs, creatives

  3. Proficient in Adobe creative suite
