About the Role

We are looking for a 
self-driven, creative Content Creation Intern
 to help amplify LeadFreak's brand online. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about 
storytelling, video content, and community engagement
.

You'll get hands-on experience creating 
founder videos, YouTube content, and social media posts
, brainstorming fresh ideas, and helping build an engaged professional community. This is a 
self-learning, self-starter role
 where curiosity, experimentation, and creativity are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm, conceptualize, and create 
    YouTube and LinkedIn content
     for LeadFreak's audience.
  • Assist in producing 
    founder videos, product demos, and short-form clips
    .
  • Perform 
    basic video editing
     using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Draft compelling 
    captions, scripts, and post copy
     that communicate LeadFreak's AI-powered value proposition.
  • Help manage and engage with 
    online communities
     to build meaningful connections.
  • Collaborate with the team to 
    repurpose content across platforms
    .
  • Track content performance and 
    suggest creative improvements
    .
  • Take ownership of creative projects, experimenting with formats and ideas independently.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Fresher
     with a passion for content creation, social media, and digital storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with 
    basic video editing skills
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to 
    self-learn, experiment, and implement ideas independently
    .
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Comfortable working from office and meeting deadlines.
