Job Description:
No. of Positions – 01 (Male Candidate only)
Qualifications – MSc/ Bsc
Experience – 10 – 15 Years' experience with a reputed Commercial.
Location – Mayapuri Phase 2, New Delhi (HO)
Language Proficiency – Hindi and English.
Key Responsibility Area:
Lead the development and execution of the commercial lab's marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term business relationships in private & Good Institutions.
Develop comprehensive business development plans, including identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
Collaborate with product development, R&D, and operations teams to tailor marketing strategies and service offerings that meet the needs of target markets.
Lead sales and marketing teams to establish and execute client engagement strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
Provide leadership with insights into customer behavior, competitive threats, and market dynamics to guide business decisions.
Increasing market share / profit by doing intelligent marketing & strategy.
He will be responsible for Debt recovery & Timely payment realization.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the sales & marketing team, sales plan and strategy.
Preparation of MIS of his team's sales activities
Ensure timely sample collection and release of report to client.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
