About the Role -
Were looking for a client-focused IT Support Specialist (L1L2) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our global technology team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with users, explaining technical solutions in simple terms, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for teams across different time zones. Youll act as the face of IT, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring a professional user experience.
Key Responsibilities -
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries via chat, email, or calls.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, understanding issues, providing timely updates, and ensuring user satisfaction.
Deliver L1L2 technical support for:
- Windows patching, updates, and OS maintenance
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting (NordVPN preferred)
- Active Directory account creation, access, and password resets
- Microsoft Intune device setup, compliance, and user policies
- VoIP and Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom, Cisco, etc.)
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for escalations and follow-up on open tickets.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and manage IT asset inventory.
- Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns in a clear, structured manner.
- Proactively monitor systems, run diagnostics, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure IT operations align with business priorities.
Qualifications & Experience -
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support (L1L2).
- Outstanding English communication skills (both verbal and written) able to interact confidently with global clients and teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows OS, Active Directory, and VPN tools.
- Exposure to patch management, endpoint protection, and security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills with a proactive approach.

Work Location: Hybrid - Delhi/NCR
Work Days: 5, Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: Comfortable with US overlap shift (2 PM to 1 AM IST)
2 PM to 11 PM during work from office & 4 PM to 1 AM IST during work from home.
