Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio and hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating impactful visual content that aligns with our brand identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and creative assets consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver visually compelling creatives.
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats (static, carousel, reels, posters, presentations, etc.).
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to translate ideas into creative visuals with attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of branding and marketing communication is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience
    as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
