Manager, Program Management, RBS SPEG Automations

RBS SPEG Automations team is looking for a Manager, Program Management who can lead (team of 8+ program Managers. The Team is responsible for delivering Gen-AI based automation solutions for interal Amazon employees including RBS employees as well as WW Amazon Retail employees.
The role requires close partnership with internal business teams across 6+ programs such as (Vendor Managers, AVS - Brand Specialist, Vendor Consultants and Retail Operations) to understand their business priorities and nature of tasks performed (Operational as well strategic - requiring high human judgement). The team works with internal RBS Engineering and sciences team to build required solutions and drive their adoption. The success factors for this role will to be identify automation opportunity, standardize and optimize business requirement, large cross functional program management for on time delivery of planned features.
Candidate Profile: Candidate will have experience in Program Management, Product Management, Delivery of projects involving ML/GenAI. Additionally, you will have experience in working on eCommerce, Consulting or Retail Organizations. You will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable - while maintaining a good customer and business partner focus. You will have a demonstrated record of team building and execution in a high volume operational environments and be able to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains. This requires a person that is very metrics driven, yet has the vision to scale the business.

Lead an team of 8+ Program Managers to deliver the automation products
Lead Annual Goal setting and periodic (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) reviews with Senior leaders across RBS and WW Retail orgs.
About the team
The Retail Business Services (RBS) leverages technology to improve customer experience and selling partner experience while lowering Amazon's cost structure. Vision of RBS is to accelerate Amazon's flywheel by 1) improving the customer experience by fixing detail page catalog defects at scale, 2) improving selling partner listing quality to drive revenue and reducing fulfillment defects to drive profitability and 3) improving store operations efficiency by driving down cost of operations. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- 6+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, design
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing teams
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- 6+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
