Position: Digital Marketer / Technical Trainer - Full Time

Location: Hope College, Coimbatore

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Type: Full Time

Work Timings: Monday to Friday - 10AM to 8PM, Sunday - 10AM to 5PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketer cum Trainer who can handle digital marketing activities for our organization and also train students/professionals in various aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, tools, and strategies, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Digital Marketing Execution:

Plan, create, and manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Manage social media marketing, content creation, and engagement activities.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize results.

Work on email marketing, influencer outreach, and content marketing strategies.

Training & Mentoring:

Deliver training sessions on Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).

Prepare training materials, case studies, and practical assignments.

Conduct workshops, interactive sessions, and live project-based learning.

Evaluate and guide students/trainees to improve their practical knowledge and job readiness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

0–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics tools.

Prior experience in training/mentoring will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver training effectively.
