Looking for Powerbuilder developer to work in Chennai.

Powerbuilder Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Design and develop applications using PowerBuilder.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine software requirements.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues.
  • Create technical documentation for application processes.
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback.
  • Optimize application performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Develop and execute unit tests.
  • Train and mentor junior developers.

Powerbuilder Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience with PowerBuilder.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java or C#.
  • Experience in database management and SQL.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Previous experience in system integration projects.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PowerBuilder development.

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
