  • Zscaler Management: Administering and optimizing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC),
    • Security Policy: Developing, implementing, and enforcing web security, and access policies.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with proxy performance, user authentication (SAML, Azure AD), and traffic flows.
    • Integration: Connecting Zscaler with identity providers (Okta, ADFS), SIEMs (Splunk), and other security tools.
