Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting:

Manage basic accounting entries, maintain records, and assist in financial documentation.

  • Team Management:

Coordinate with team members, support internal operations, and ensure smooth workflow.

  • File Maintenance:

Maintain and update physical and digital files, documents, and records systematically.

  • Client Follow-ups:

Communicate with clients for updates, reminders, and service-related follow-ups.

  • Calling:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client coordination and office communication.
