What You'll Own
- Define and lead the cybersecurity growth strategy for India.
- Drive profitable revenue through new client wins and strategic account expansion.
- Engage directly with C-level decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Boards).
- Oversee presales, solutioning, and proposals for large, complex deals.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and presales teams.
- Ensure strong sales operations, governance, and predictable outcomes.
What You Bring
- 20+ years in IT services / cybersecurity consulting.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record in scaling a 100 Cr+ cybersecurity business.
- Executive-level credibility with CISOs and Boards.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity services: MDR, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, VAPT, etc.
- A bold, entrepreneurial mindset ready to build and scale.
