Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in Mumbai. The Field Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and providing technical support for 'JIO' products and systems. They will work directly with clients to deliver field service, and ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently. Daily tasks will include equipment maintenance, installations, repairs, and effective communication with clients to understand and address their technical needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Experience in Field Service operations
  • Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliver results
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma / NSDC certification in Engineering/electrical / electronics / Electronics and communications / instrumentations or related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in field service or technical support are beneficial
