Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Golang Developer. The Golang Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining applications using the Go programming language. Day-to-day tasks involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop backend services, optimize application performance, write clean and scalable code, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot issues. The role also involves collaborating with front-end developers and product managers to define and ship new features.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Go programming language and understanding of its paradigms and idioms
  • Experience 3 to 5 years with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and concurrent programming
  • Knowledge of common Gorilla/Mux HTTP framework and dependency management tools such as Go modules
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in software development and product deployment advantageous
